What is the Parent Support Group?
The Langley Montessori Parent Support Group (PSG) is a volunteer organization created to serve the Early Learning Centre and Elementary School by providing opportunities for parent involvement.
Our goals are to:
- Support the parents of children in the school.
- Take advantage of the gaming money available to parent groups within the school that would not otherwise be available. This money comes at the beginning of every year to support play equipment and after school activities.
- Help and promote fundraising initiatives within the school.
- Support and help the Board of Directors, teachers and administrative staff of the school.
- Act as liaison between the board and staff and the parents of the school.
This is a hard working group of parents who spend many volunteer hours working on various projects and we are always looking for more members. So if you would like to help please contact any member of the committee!
